Verse reads 'Behold I stand at the door and knock>If any man hear my voice and open>the door I will come in to him and>Will sup with him and he with me>Is he a door I'll enter in>Behold the pastures large and green>A paradise divinely fair>none but the sheep have freedom there'. Signed and dated 'Mary Ann Naylor Aged 6 Years AD 1840'. A good set of motifs, including a house with a garden, birds, fruit baskets and potted flowering plants.
