Pair of Obadiah Sherratt Staffordshire pearlware table base figures with a religious theme which feature Elijah feeding two ravens and the Widow holding a stick with her son by her side, seated on a table base. The pieces are titled, 'Elijah & Widow' to the fronts. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. This piece represents the Biblical story of Elijah and the Widow of Zarephath. Book reference not found.
